Solution Engineer - Unified Endpoint Management - Remote

Overview

As part of the High Tech Team, you will contribute to how corporations and medium-sized businesses work globally and securely. In your role as a Solution Engineer, you will be the technical driver for modern workspace strategies and endpoint architectures, from concept to live operation.

In Short

• Design, implement, and rollout Omnissa Workspace ONE solutions for international clients.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve problems at Level 2 & 3.
• Monitor, maintain, and update existing customer systems.
• Continuously expand your knowledge: trends, certifications, best practices.
• Work closely with project management, support, and customers as both a sparring partner and implementer.

Requirements

• Completed studies or training in IT/technical field.
• Several years of professional experience in Unified Endpoint Management.
• Ideally, Workspace ONE certification or comparable qualification (Intune, etc.).
• Proficient in error analysis and customer support.
• Open to presence requirements and willingness to travel.
• Very good German and English language skills.
