Electrician - Remote

Overview

The Electrician position at JLL involves performing skilled electrical work, maintaining and upgrading electrical infrastructure, and ensuring safe operations.

• Perform skilled electrical work and maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems and components.
• Inspect low and medium voltage electrical systems.
• Collaborate with other trades and stakeholders.
• Prepare sketches and follow blueprints for installations.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.
• Participate in technical and safety training programs.
• Maintain compliance with safety codes and regulations.
• Assist in developing preventative maintenance programs.
• Interact well in a team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical circuits.
• Knowledge of grounding and bonding of medium voltage systems.
• Ability to work in awkward positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Working knowledge of computer applications, including Word and Excel.
• Preferred: Journeymen/Master Electrician card or GA Electrical Contractor License.
• Experience with data network cabling and terminations.
• 2-3 years of CMMS experience.
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems.
• Ability to provide general labor services.
