Overview

As a Senior Medical Writer at Real Chemistry, you will be working across several therapy areas to create a range of material, ensuring the language and content is appropriate for the target audience.

In Short

• Step confidently into therapeutic areas outside those already assigned.
• Lead discussions on therapy area and treatment decision-making with clients.
• Deliver content for complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Develop a compelling narrative from complex information.
• Ensure overall quality of deliverables with minimal oversight.
• Review junior writers’ work and provide constructive feedback.
• Challenge client teams on effective approaches to client needs.
• Articulate scientific stories to non-scientific colleagues.
• Identify new business opportunities with clients.
• Drive project completion and communicate progress effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in a Medical Writing role within an agency.
• Master’s degree in life sciences, medicine, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written English with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Veeva is a plus.
