Working Student in Special Programme Team (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a working student to join our Special Programme team from May 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025. This position offers 20 hours per week during the semester, with the possibility of more hours during the semester break.

In Short

• Support in program cooperation and awards for the Reeperbahn Festival.
• Work on service tenders for award conception and implementation.
• Communicate and coordinate with service providers and partners.
• Create presentations.
• Research protagonists.
• Compile and prepare program content for communication.
• Manage technical and equipment needs for production.
• Handle scheduling and preparation for meetings.
• Assist on-site at the Reeperbahn Festival.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Experience in project and/or cultural management is a plus.
• Open demeanor and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Interest in music and pop culture.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Fluent communication in English.
• Availability for 20 hours per week during the semester and ideally 40 hours during breaks.
