Overview

RAPP Dallas is looking for a VP, Account Leadership to join our award-winning Account Leadership team, where you will manage client relationships and lead multi-discipline projects.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a brand champion.
  • Coordinate team meetings and client presentations.
  • Track project budgets and scopes.
  • Facilitate the development of project briefs.
  • Monitor project performance and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with various departments to create communication plans.
  • Advocate for the business internally.
  • Mentor junior agency staff.
  • Understand client business dynamics and strategies.
  • Challenge the status quo to develop effective marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in an agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Experience in writing proposals and statements of work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and mentor team members.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
