Overview

As a Senior in the Editorial & CRM team, you will lead a dynamic crew of creatives, focusing on content leadership and client consulting, while also handling planning, quality assurance, and training.

In Short

• Lead and develop the creative editorial & CRM team.
• Develop and implement creative ideas.
• Write creative headlines, copy, and claims.
• Conceptualize and optimize newsletters, print mailings, websites, etc.
• Revise existing texts.
• Proactively consult clients alongside account management.
• Prepare and participate in client presentations.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a copywriter in a creative or digital agency.
• Experience in leading creative teams.
• Experience with digital and traditional media and campaigns.
• Strong writing skills, storytelling abilities, and brand understanding.
• Team player with a results-oriented work structure.
• Experience in editorial and/or CRM is a plus.
• Interest in zeitgeist, pop culture, and current trends.
• Fluent in German and ideally also in English.
