In Short

Remote fixed term Finance Manager position.
Support the Financial Control team with accurate financial deliverables.
Ensure compliance with local and international statutory requirements.
Deliver high-quality financial reporting and cash flow management.
Oversee compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with auditors and manage accounts payable.
Work independently and meet finance team objectives.
Initial contract duration of 6 months.

Requirements

Good knowledge of Polish accounting, tax, and statutory requirements.
Proficiency in accounting systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with automation and systems implementation.
Proficiency in English for multinational teamwork.
High level of ownership and independence.
Full or partial accountancy qualification is a plus.
Knowledge of NetSuite and GAAP standards is a plus.
