Overview

As a Senior Tendering Consultant, you will be part of a team focused on providing independent consultancy, helping clients obtain and manage projects that have a significant impact on society.

In Short

• Analyze and understand tender documentation requirements for developing technical proposals.
• Formulate responses for clarification requests regarding tender documentation.
• Prepare the structure of the technical proposal based on tender requirements.
• Draft sections of bids or complete technical offers based on personal experience or technical inputs.
• Participate in the preparation of bidding documents for project teams.
• Ensure compliance with tender documentation requirements.
• Formulate responses to clarification requests from contracting authorities.
• Adhere to GDPR rules at the company level.
• Identify partners, experts, subcontractors, and communicate with them.
• Ensure the quality of the proposal.

Requirements

• Completed higher education (preferably legal/economic/engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing technical proposals for public procurement.
• At least 7 years of experience in public procurement.
• Advanced knowledge of public procurement legislation.
• Knowledge of the Electronic Public Procurement System - SICAP.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication in Romanian; English is an advantage.
• Team spirit, flexibility, and responsibility.
• Experience in project management and support in public procurement.
• Advanced English language skills.
