This position involves providing quality home patient care as a Registered Nurse, primarily focusing on educating and training dialysis patients in home therapies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum one year of medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Dialysis experience preferred.
• Competent in operating home dialysis equipment.
• CPR certification required.
• Demonstrated teaching abilities.
• Knowledge of ICD-9 coding.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
