The Patient Care Technician (PCT) plays a vital role in the dialysis health care team, providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to follow organizational policies and procedures.
• Must pass Ishihara's Color Blindness test.
• Compliance with state and national certification requirements.
