We’re looking for a versatile Creative Producer with strong skills in 3D animation, video storytelling, and AI-powered design tools. You'll bring characters and ideas to life through visual narratives, combining traditional motion design with emerging tech.

In Short

Animate and produce 3D content from initial concept to polished video
Design, rig, and animate characters for various formats (2D/3D/AI-assisted)
Use AI tools to streamline workflows and elevate visual storytelling
Create storyboards, animatics, visual treatments, and style frames
Collaborate with art directors, brand teams, and engineers
Develop and maintain a library of reusable motion/3D assets
Ensure consistency and innovation across deliverables, platforms, and media types

Requirements

3–5+ years experience in animation, 3D design, or video production
A strong portfolio featuring 3D animation, character animation, and video storytelling
Proficiency with Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, or ZBrush
Demonstrated use of AI creative tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Midjourney)
Skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Figma
Excellent understanding of motion principles, story structure, and visual pacing
Bonus: experience with real-time engines like Unreal Engine or Unity
