• Launching, analyzing, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns for mobile applications on various platforms.
• Attracting new users from various traffic sources.
• Finding, testing, and developing new channels for user acquisition.
• Collaborating with the Creative Team to develop and improve creative materials.
• Searching and improving effective acquisition communications.
• Generating, developing, and testing new user acquisition strategies with the team.

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing.
• Experience with traffic sources (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, networks, etc.).
• Knowledge of MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or their analogs.
• Solid understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROI, etc.).
• Experience with any analytical tools for acquisition analysis (Amplitude, Tableau, Data Studio, etc.).
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Good knowledge of user acquisition principles, funnels, and ways to improve them.
• Result-oriented, analytical mindset.
