Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Qmerit is seeking a Project Manager to manage turnkey charging projects, ensuring excellent customer service and project execution.

In Short

• Manage turnkey charging projects for residential and small business markets.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Provide best-in-class customer service throughout the project.
• Review project documents to mitigate change orders.
• Manage scope changes and obtain customer approvals.
• Coordinate contractor and customer connection calls.
• Maintain project status using progress reporting tools.
• Generate and manage project purchase orders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Utilize HubSpot for project tracking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years in commercial and/or electrical industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
