Coordination Intern - Remote

Overview

The Coordination Intern will provide coordination support to the Operations team at QIMA, ensuring the delivery of industry-leading services to clients.

• Responsible for scheduling inspections according to client timelines.
• Manage relationships with suppliers from onboarding to service scheduling.
• Plan and allocate resources based on service types and inspector expertise.
• Provide daily operational support to field inspectors and suppliers.
• Experience in tracking orders/projects/suppliers is a plus.
• Degree in Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Logistics is advantageous.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• High work ethics and willingness to learn.
• Internship duration is 4 months with working hours Monday to Friday, 9 A.M - 6 P.M.

Requirements

• Experience in tracking orders/projects/suppliers is a plus.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Logistics is an advantage.
• Good Vietnamese and English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• High work ethics, and willingness to learn and be involved.
