Overview

This role blends administrative, operational, and financial responsibilities to support leadership, oversee office management, and provide financial analysis for the EMEA region.

In Short

• Full-Time position at the Associate tier.
• In-office work for 4 days per week, with Fridays as work from home.
• Main point of contact for office and facility matters.

• Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the EMEA region.
• Calendar and diary management for the EMEA MD.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in office management, executive support, or finance.
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in business administration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

• Experience with vendor negotiations and expense management.
