Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the escalation of coffee agroforestry projects in Moyobamba, Peru, managing a team and coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

• Manage coffee agroforestry projects in San Martin and Huanuco.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners.
• Build and manage project targets and chronograms.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably in environmental or agricultural sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of agroforestry and environmental restoration practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently (60% field travel).
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
