In Short

• Support the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of highly available systems.
• Operate global infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Work with observability tools to monitor system health.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with architects and developers on new technologies.
• Participate in incident response efforts and post-incident reviews.
• Create automation scripts to improve infrastructure management.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in container technology and cloud platforms.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements

• Container technology proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS preferred).
• Understanding of monitoring and observability concepts.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Experience with incident response and troubleshooting.
• Practical automation experience using Python and/or Bash.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset with understanding of business impact.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate.
