Requirements

• Degree in IT or comparable vocational training.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Client and Server environments.
• Experience with Google Workspace technology and architecture.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Experience in a service-oriented role.
• Independent work style with a focus on customer service.
• Fluency in German and English.
