Despite rapid growth in known autism prevalence (up >5x in the last 25 years), autistic adults have been ignored by the healthcare system, leading to extremely poor outcomes across mental and physical health. Prosper is changing this by providing specialized, virtual mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance. Our innovative autism assessment diagnoses many of our clients for the first time in their lives. We pair that with individualized therapy that is tailored to the needs of autistic adults, and community to help our clients find belonging and remain engaged.

In just 18 months since founding, we have grown to double digit millions of run-rate revenue, thousands of active clients, and 150 clinicians on our team. We have done this all with a lean, ambitious team, and we recently raised a Series A from leading investors and healthcare operators.

In Short

• Prosper Health is hiring outstanding therapists (e.g., LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs) for a remote position. We have openings for both full-time and part-time roles.
• In this role, you will provide mental health counseling over telehealth to autistic adults. Prosper Health handles the insurance billing, provides supervision and guidance, and finds clients — all you have to do is focus on supporting your clients.
• Experience in outpatient settings with autistic or neurodivergent adults is a plus, but not necessary. Other experiences we look for include: IOP, addiction, OCD, ADHD, trauma, and more.
• We are looking for neurodiversity affirming candidates who care deeply about helping a marginalized community achieve and flourish in our society.

Requirements

• Experience in mental health counseling.
• Licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC.
• Ability to work remotely and provide telehealth services.
• Commitment to neurodiversity affirming practices.
