In Short

  • Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure using Terraform.
  • Build and maintain robust monitoring and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.
  • Manage and optimize our Kubernetes clusters, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
  • Implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments and minimizing downtime.
  • Work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration of new services and technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Enforce security and compliance best practices across the infrastructure.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the observability, reliability, and performance of our systems.
  • Collaborate with a team of talented engineers to drive the DevOps culture within the organization.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes (K8s) and container orchestration.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Github, GitLab CI, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of network and security best practices.
  • Ability to design and implement highly available and fault-tolerant systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
