Associate Director, Corporate Communications - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director, Corporate Communications plays a key role in developing and executing our Care Center and Corporate communications strategy to engage stakeholders, enhance the company’s reputation, and support business objectives.

• Manage team members and encourage high performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and support execution of the team’s strategy.
• Develop strategic communications plans in alignment with company priorities.
• Manage social media presence and innovate campaigns.
• Partner with PR firms for media opportunities.
• Identify better communication channels for internal and external audiences.
• Support public affairs and advocacy efforts.
• Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, English, or Marketing preferred.
• 8+ years of communications and project management experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Healthcare industry knowledge preferred.
• Experience with insurance payers/public affairs is a plus.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
