As a Care Consultant, you will be the main point of contact for clients who wish to receive care and services from our organization, playing a vital role in disability care.

Requirements

• HBO working and thinking level with broad experience in care and services for people with intellectual disabilities.
• Knowledge of the Youth Act, Long-term Care Act, and Social Support Act.
• Experience with software packages (Pluriform, Office) and ability to master digital communication.
• High degree of flexibility, independence, and excellent social skills.
• Ability to connect with both internal and external relations.
