The Executive Director, Clinical Operations will lead the strategic execution of global pivotal trials in neurodegeneration, ensuring high-quality delivery while managing timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or related field.
• 10 to 15 years of clinical operations management experience.
• Experience leading global phase 3 studies.
• Experience with rare diseases, particularly ALS or HD.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Expertise in patient recruitment strategies.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with clinical research technologies.
• Ability to manage CROs effectively.
• Willingness to travel and work in global teams.
