Senior Analyst in Recovery Audit - Remote

Overview

PRGX is an international player in supplier auditing and margin optimization. As part of our growth, we are looking for a Senior Analyst in Recovery Audit to join our team based in Massy Palaiseau. You will be involved in post-payment audits in the demanding retail environment, with a significant focus on financial analysis, client relations, and methodological rigor.

In Short

• Conduct post-payment audits using client data to identify errors and recovery opportunities.
• Analyze contracts, invoices, and financial flows to detect anomalies (double payments, unapplied discounts, billing errors, etc.).
• Produce clear claims and track their processing until the effective recovery of amounts.
• Ensure quality control on the work of less experienced auditors.
• Support and train junior colleagues on our methods and tools.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of audit tools and processes.
• Interact with clients and suppliers to build a trusting relationship.
• Manage priorities and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in finance, audit, management, or accounting.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in audit, internal control, accounts payable, or recovery.
• Good mastery of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and office tools (Access, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in supplier auditing or the retail sector is a plus.
