Overview

The Data Access Manager will provide best-in-class support for prospective clients, guiding them through the Access & Integration process to connect all data sources to internal systems. This role requires strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage the onboarding process effectively.

In Short

Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients.
Manage client onboarding environments.
Update internal documentation of access processes.
Employ AI technologies to optimize processes.
Utilize the nova ecosystem for department-related tasks.
Guide clients through data access requirements.
Build rapport with prospective clients.
Work closely with the Revenue and Analyst teams.
Maintain a positive experience with the Power Digital brand.
Understand data access processes for all platforms.

Requirements

Experience in guiding customers through onboarding processes.
Problem-solving experience in a technical context.
Familiarity with analytics tools for data analysis.
Experience using Google Sheets.
Familiarity with Access protocols for various platforms.
