Overview

Potomac Conservancy seeks an experienced Project Management and Strategic Planning Software expert for a temporary contract to identify, implement, and train staff on a planning and project management platform.

In Short

• Meet with heads of all departments to determine departmental needs.
• Identify platform options for project management and planning.
• Coordinate with platform on purchase and setup.
• Develop S.O.P. for the organization.
• Train staff on the use of the developed system.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot the system after first use.
• Deadline for application is March 1, 2023.
• Start date no later than March 15th.
• Temporary, project-based contract position.
• Reports to the Vice President of Programs and Operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing project and strategic planning systems.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience training staff to use planning systems.
