Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Office 365 Administrator to join our IT team, responsible for the configuration, management, and support of Office 365 services.

In Short

• Configure and manage Office 365 services including InTune, Entra, Teams, SharePoint.
• Ensure optimal performance and availability of Office 365 services.
• Implement and maintain security and compliance controls.
• Monitor and enforce security policies and compliance standards.
• Support the deployment and management of devices using Microsoft InTune.
• Administer and support Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environments.
• Provide technical support to end-users for Office 365-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency with Office 365 tools.
• Create and maintain documentation for Office 365 configurations and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Office 365 Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 services.
• Experience with security and compliance management.
• Proficiency in device deployment using Microsoft InTune.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in Office 365 or related technologies.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
