Overview

As a doula in the Pomelo network, you will educate and guide expecting and new families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, playing a vital role in improving birth outcomes.

In Short

• Educate and guide families during pregnancy and postpartum.
• Accept insurance hassle-free with credentialing support.
• Maintain a flexible schedule based on client needs.
• Grow your client base with outreach support.
• Work both virtually and in-person.
• Complete certification as a birth and/or full spectrum doula.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms.
• Evening and weekend availability needed.
• Credentialing process includes verification of training and background screening.

Requirements

• Completed certification/training as a doula.
• Experience with pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with telehealth and electronic documentation.
• Able to work virtually and in-person.
