We’re now looking for a Mid/Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Node/Sails + Vue/Nuxt) to join our growing engineering team. You’ll be building intuitive, high-impact tools for financial advisers - everything from AI-powered workflows and document generation to CRM integrations and data intelligence features. This role reports directly to the Chief Product and Technology Officer and offers the opportunity to work closely with the founders at a defining stage in our growth.

In Short

• Design, build and optimise the core journeys of our service for advisers and colleagues.
• Collaborate closely with the CPTO and wider engineering team.
• Write high-quality, testable code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Take ownership of technical design and architectural decisions.
• Utilise a technology stack including Node, Sails.js, Nuxt 3, MongoDB, and AWS.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related Developer Education.
• 5+ years experience with Node/Sails.js and modern JavaScript frameworks (ideally Vue/Nuxt.js).
• Strong experience with MongoDB and AWS services.
• Experience in designing and maintaining CI tests.
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Ability to debug and fix live incidents.
• Experience in building automated deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of industry trends and best practices.
• Strong communication skills for teamwork.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
