Salesforce Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Salesforce Consultant at Pierce Washington, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions to help clients in the High Tech and Manufacturing industries transform their quote-to-cash processes.

In Short

• Work closely with Solution Architects in a client-facing capacity.
• Identify and document business processes and requirements.
• Co-lead discovery workshops to define current and future state processes.
• Complete declarative configurations for Salesforce Revenue Cloud projects.
• Develop implementation estimates and plans for project phases.
• Design user story test scripts and participate in end-user testing.
• Communicate Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities and limitations to clients.
• Participate in training content development and delivery.
• Follow new Salesforce product capabilities and updates.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their business goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience in a consulting capacity.
• Prior experience on 2+ CPQ projects.
• Hands-on declarative configuration experience.
• Ability to serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Skilled at defining and documenting business processes.
• Working knowledge of custom development concepts.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Experienced in project management theories and methods.
• Active Salesforce certifications required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or engineering.
