Overview

The Maintenance Instructor is responsible for providing training on aircraft systems and maintenance procedures, ensuring that all team members are knowledgeable and compliant with company standards.

• Conduct classroom presentations and practical demonstrations.

• Travel to air medical field bases for training sessions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certificated Airframe and Power plant Mechanic.
• Willingness to obtain an I.A. Certificate within one year.
• Five years of maintenance experience on helicopters.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of RAMCO.
• Ability to pass a pre-placement drug test and background screen.
• Experience in instructional roles is a plus.
• Demonstrated initiative and integrity in work activities.
