Requirements

• Experienced veterinarian with a completed veterinary degree.
• Ability to independently handle initial contacts and communicate treatment recommendations clearly.
• EDV knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong social competence and a confident demeanor are desired.
• Prior experience in telephone consultation is beneficial but not required.
