Insurance Specialist (m/f/d) - Home Office - Remote

This position is for an Insurance Specialist providing professional online consultations to academic clients, focusing on various insurance and financial products while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

In Short

• Conduct individual online consultations regarding disability, private health insurance, and retirement planning via Microsoft Teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert instead of aggressive selling, providing competent and transparent advice.
• Handle inquiries from well-informed clients seeking a solid decision-making basis.
• Develop tailored insurance and retirement solutions that meet the high demands of premium clients.
• Support clients from initial consultation to contract signing and assist with contract changes.

Requirements

• Higher financial qualification such as Insurance Specialist or Financial Consulting Specialist.
• Special expertise in at least one core area: private health insurance, disability, retirement planning, or investment.
• High self-motivation, reliable and committed nature, excellent communication skills.
