Product Manager – Website & Landing Page Platform - Remote

Overview

PERQ is the leading digital marketing platform in multifamily. We help property management companies connect with prospective renters through personalized digital experiences that drive measurable results. As we expand our offerings, we’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of our new website and landing page platforms — two critical components of our next phase of growth.

In Short

• Lead the development of website and landing page platforms.
• Set vision, strategy, and execution for products.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Focus on SaaS product development and website UX.
• Deliver products that are valuable, viable, and feasible.
• Hands-on role with high visibility.
• Use data and customer insights for decision-making.
• Proactive and curious approach to building digital experiences.
• Opportunity to shape product direction.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and conferences (<10%).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years as a product manager, product owner, or business analyst.
• Ability to solve complex problems using sound judgment.
• Proven ability to lead through influence.
• Experience in collaborative environments with designers and engineers.
• Ability to work under critical timelines.
• Working knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with CMS and web design best practices is a plus.
• Experience with Acquia or Drupal technology is a plus.
• Experience in the multifamily industry is a plus but not required.
