Overview

The Advanced Manufacturing Curriculum Developer (SME) will design and develop scalable training solutions and instructor resources for skilled trades roles in the manufacturing sector, requiring hands-on advanced manufacturing experience.

In Short

Conduct field research and needs assessments.

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on advanced manufacturing experience.
Minimum 1 year in instructional design or curriculum development.
Proven expertise with manufacturing systems and regulatory standards.
Exceptional project management and communication skills.
Familiarity with learning management systems and multimedia content creation.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Experience with virtual labs and simulation-based learning.
Knowledge of competency-based education frameworks.
Experience in food manufacturing or regulated industries preferred.
