In Short

• Own technical projects from conception of scope to delivery of milestones.
• Work alongside Engineering, Product and Business stakeholders.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project plans and relevant documentation.
• Communicate clearly across teams to ensure transparency.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to escalate risks.
• Identify and quickly resolve changes in scope and schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree with minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Understanding of Project Management processes and strategies.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in a collaborative environment promoting a team-first mentality.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical participants.
• Ability to predict challenges and proactively head-off obstacles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
