Fleet Driver - Remote

Overview

The Fleet Driver position at Patterson involves performing safe and efficient driving duties, delivering packages to customers while adhering to service objectives. This role requires a CDL with Hazmat Certification and offers a supportive work environment focused on professional growth.

In Short

• Drive assigned vehicle to deliver and pick up shipments.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer service and resolve complaints.
• Collect payments from customers and ensure secure loads.
• Operate warehouse equipment and maintain vehicle safety.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist in daily operations at the fulfillment center.
• Meet performance metrics and KPIs.
• Participate in safety and compliance training.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A with Hazmat endorsement.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read maps and knowledge of the delivery area.
• Basic problem-solving skills and effective time management.
• One year of CDL driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical activities.
