In Short

• Part-time position, approximately 15 hours per week.
• Develop engaging social media content in German and English.
• Organize conferences and dinner events.
• Ensure smooth communication with participants.
• Manage and update essential planning lists.
• Research and coordinate with suppliers for events.
• Update marketing materials and presentations.
• Contribute to the success of marketing and event strategies.
• Work in a hybrid setup, partially in the office and partially at home.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English.

• Strong time management skills.
• Keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Experience with design tools like Canva is a plus.
