Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager at OXIO, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and evolving our core B2B platform, BrandVNO. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of new features and improvements that directly impact the user experience.

In Short

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs and market analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, customers) to deliver products on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Design to conduct user research, analyze market trends, and gather feedback.
• Create detailed product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs, making data-driven adjustments and improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and decisions.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Technical depth to collaborate with Engineering and Design teams.
• Understanding of product management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Figma).
• Experience in B2B product management, preferably in telecommunications.
