This individual will ensure smooth lease renewals, timely rent collection, and the effective handling of legal matters through strong attention to detail and a proactive approach. The role serves as the primary point of contact for tenants, attorneys, and courts, maintaining organized records and clear communication trails that support legal proceedings.

• Immediate Court File Readiness: Prepare evidence folders as soon as a legal file is opened.
• Proactive Lease Renewals: Monitor lease expirations and send renewal notices well in advance.
• Strict Rent Collection: Monitor rent payments and send reminders as needed.
• Legal & Bailiff Coordination: File cases and manage the bailiff process.
• Vacancy Management: Maintain a real-time log of vacant units and respond to tenant inquiries.

Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English.
