In Short

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our B2B platform (Web-App)
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to validate design and product decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma and similar tools
• Work independently at the interface of design, product, and development
• Further develop and maintain our design system for consistent user experiences
• Visualize complex energy and market data in understandable dashboards and workflows
• Actively drive the use of AI in the team: evaluate new tools, optimize workflows with AI
• Contribute to new product areas from idea to launch

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally for B2B SaaS or platform products
• All-rounder mentality: comfortable at the intersection of design, product, and technology
• Intrinsic enthusiasm for AI and the ongoing transformation of the working world
• Practical experience with AI-powered design and coding tools
• Very good knowledge of Figma and openness to alternative design tools
• Experience with user-centered design, user research, and usability testing
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React)
• Basic interest in trading platforms, renewable energy, and energy trading
• Strong portfolio showcasing data-driven or complex interfaces
• Good imagination and ability to develop tangible design concepts from abstract requirements
• Independent, structured working style in a remote environment
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
