Overview

Opportunity Education is seeking a part-time Product Designer to help shape the experience of our applications used by educators and students in the United States and Tanzania.

In Short

Design user interfaces and responsive layouts for web apps and mobile apps.
Design onboarding and lifecycle experiences, including email campaigns.
Define user experiences and flows for intuitive application use.
Ground design work in understanding user intentions.
Write and refine UI text throughout the product.
Use Figma to deliver design assets and documentation.
Collaborate with product team members for feedback and design reviews.
Work closely with engineers for accurate design implementation.
Manage design timelines independently.
Available for up to 20 hours per week.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
Portfolio of design work including mobile and web apps.
Experience designing end-to-end user flows.
Proficient in Figma and collaboration tools like Jira.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
