Product Manager – Care Delivery (Digital Health) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to support the successful delivery of initiatives within our digital Care Delivery team. This is a highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who thrives on cross-functional coordination, structured discovery, and executing initiatives that support clinicians and internal teams.

• Drive the execution of product initiatives from ideation through release and iteration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with digital products.
• Background or domain knowledge in healthcare or telehealth platforms.
• Experience building or supporting clinician-facing tools or internal task management systems.
• Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple initiatives.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
