In Short

• Seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager for a short-term contract (tentatively March–June, 3–4 months).
• Full-time (40 hours/week), W2 contract opportunity.
• Support high-impact marketing initiatives across digital channels.
• Develop processes to identify prospective school partners and manage CRM.
• Execute email marketing strategy to uncover staffing needs.
• Track and report on key campaign metrics.
• Run targeted ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta.
• Manage social media presence and employer branding efforts.
• Collaborate with the Education team on outreach goals.
• Work with executives to establish KPIs and budgets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytics.
• Experience with email marketing and CRM tools.
• Hands-on experience with social media and digital ad platforms.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
• Familiarity with K-12 education is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
