Paralegal for a Solar Company in the US - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team in a dynamic solar company headquartered in the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience with legal research, contract review and analysis, and drafting legal documents. This is a remote position, with a preferred overlap of 4 hours per day with the Arizona timezone/ work schedule.

In Short

• Conduct in-depth legal research on U.S. federal and state laws related to renewable energy.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes impacting the company's operations.
• Review and analyze contracts and legal documents.
• Provide summaries and recommendations regarding contract terms.
• Draft and prepare a variety of legal documents.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
• Maintain and organize the company’s legal files and records.
• Assist the legal team with preparing presentations and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
• A Paralegal Certificate/ law graduate is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in a corporate or renewable energy environment.
• Proficient in legal research.
