Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Retirement Data Analyst serves as the lead analytics expert for data across our institutional retirement business, focusing on 401(k) and other employer-sponsored retirement plans.

In Short

• Lead development of dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports.
• Partner with business leaders to frame strategic questions.
• Act as a system-wide integrator, connecting data from multiple business lines.
• Architect and automate data pipelines using SQL and APIs.
• Champion data governance and quality standards.
• Own analytics for the Financial Education & Guidance program.
• Design and deliver reports that mine critical data.
• Produce quarterly reports for business line leadership.
• Respond to on-demand data requests.
• Be an active and engaged team member.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power Query.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and cloud-based data systems.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with API integrations and tools like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Demonstrated success communicating complex findings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or related field.
• Portfolio or work sample demonstrating data analysis skills.
