Overview

As a Survey Party Chief at Omni Design, your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of project management and team coordination, primarily performing field work either independently or with the help of a survey technician.

• Plan and organize survey activities.
• Research and utilize previous survey evidence and records.
• Prepare accurate daily field reports and certify work performed.
• Direct and supervise crew members and survey instruments.
• Coordinate survey findings with engineering and architectural personnel.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of field surveys.
• Perform related responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with technical courses in engineering/surveying; Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and write reports.
• Knowledge of Autocad or Civil 3D.
• Drone flight experience is a plus.
