Integrated Motion Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Integrated Motion Designer to join OLIVER+, working on one of our key healthcare accounts. The primary role is to help create powerful and impactful digital content for a multitude of different projects. The Integrated Motion Designer will proactively manage design quality, accuracy, and consistency across all creative work.

In Short

• Deliver on briefs from concept to completion via working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.
• Stay on track with emerging digital trends and engage with the wider digital creative community.
• Take complete ownership of projects, including taking briefs, presenting initial designs to clients, and managing the project until delivery.
• Assist the account management and design team with digital design briefs as appropriate.
• Strong understanding of conceptualization, graphic design, typography, and motion/video content.
• Demonstrate strong design thinking for the web, digital, e-commerce, and especially social advertising.
• Adapt and define the look and feel for a variety of design projects while implementing existing brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in video editing, basic animations, text moving for social media.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and be open to learning Cinema 4D.
• Keen eye for detail and quality control.
• Good to have as a plus: Adobe After Effects, Compositing, storyboarding, and illustration.
