Senior Digital Creative - Remote

In Short

• Create digital campaign assets: banners, newsletters, SoMe assets, TikToks, landing pages
• Develop and present strong visual concepts and ideas for digital and campaigns
• Design responsive UIs and clickable prototypes in Figma
• Produce motion design assets (After Effects or similar), edit short-form video content
• Retouch campaign imagery and optimize visuals for different formats
• Support strategy and creative leads in preparing killer presentations
• Contribute to pushing AI-based tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway) into production
• Collaborate closely with creatives, developers, strategists and clients

Requirements

• 4+ years experience as digital designer / creative in agencies or digital teams
• Strong conceptual and visual design skills across platforms
• Solid skills in Figma, Adobe CC (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience in motion design, editing and storytelling for digital formats
• Basic coding understanding (HTML/CSS/JS – you don’t have to code, but you get it)
• First experience with AI image generation tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway etc.
• Confident communicator with a love for strategy, good vibes, and feedback culture
• German and/or English fluent
