• Consult and collaborate with customers while planning their travel needs, domestic and international, by phone or in person.
• Research destinations/tour programs to meet client desires and expectations.
• Design and sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, tours, custom land itineraries, air, car, and hotel.
• Provide first in class customer service and problem resolution.
• Prepare and review invoices, final itineraries and documents for distribution to clients.
• Must have a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
• Must live in one of the countries specified.
• Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Must have a customer-oriented mindset.
• Be enthusiastic about using social media.

Requirements

• Energetic with a Positive Attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Organization and attention to detail to ensure successful group trips.
